Ooh, square!

Every Friday at work we order in a variety of bagels and spreads for breakfast.  Usually we get an assortment of normal bagels, but not this week!  Take a glance at part of our bagel order from yesterday:

Square bagels!  I had never seen square bagels before yesterday morning.  I theoretically understood that they could be made in square shapes but the image of a bagel is always round in my mind.  The square bagels were tasty too!  This one had cheese baked into the top and there were several others that were covered in poppy seeds or other delicious toppings.
